To map locality with new FSI, kindly click on 'Updates' menu -> then click on 'Change FSI Mapping With Localities (Step-1)' report under 'Apps Transfer From Previous Officers' menu at FSO login.

If FSI has requested to edit into application details of new Ration Card,then FSO has to click on 'Enter/Modify Application Details of new Ration Card' option under 'Application Related' menu at FSO login.if reqeust is related to HOF then application will be forwarded to AC zonal.

The transfer of applications pending at previous DEOs/FSIs/FSOs to current DEOs/FSIs/FSOs are available at 'Apps Transfer From Previous Officers' menu at FSO Login.

The applications entered today at edistrict window will be shown after one hour into FSO dashboard receiving module into NFS portal.

If applications entered at edistrict portal is not showing at FSO dashboard receiving module,kindly follow below mentioned steps:-1. Kindly follow 'Top 200 Fresh Applications pending for Receiving at FSO level' report under 'Receiving New Applications through eDistrict/Online' menu at FSO login.2. You may get Citizen Application ID of eDistrict application from step-1.3. Click on option name 'Map Locality for eDistrict Application for New RCs' under 'Receiving New Applications through eDistrict/Online' menu at FSO login.4. Enter Citizen Application ID into step-3 option to serach eDistrict application.5. The application will be shown to FSO dashboard. You may map locality of your circle with application received through eDistrict.

The FSI may search migrant worker applications as under 'Pending Online Applications (Applied at eDistrict for Migrant Worker/Mobile Asstt./Citizen)' at 'Verification' menu at FSI login.

1. The FSO will receive application entered at edistrict portal through receiving window at FSO login.The applicatiosn will be forwarded to FSI for verification.2. FSI will do verification and mark application type at verification form and submit verification report to FSO for decision.3. FSO will take decision on application received through FSI and again verify application type while taking decision on application.4. if FSO will approve application,the application will be forwarded to AC(Distribution) for vacancy list.
